WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

I’m located in Oldenburg, but I don’t give out my exact address until you order to protect my privacy. I also protect my address because this is a HOME Bakery, so I don’t have a walk-in shopfront.

 

DO YOU DELIVER?

Unfortunately, I usually do not. If you can’t make the drive, you are welcome to have someone else collect your goods, although I can’t accept responsibility for the quality of their driving. Occasionally I will deliver. Please reach out.

DO YOU BAKE ANYTHING VEGAN OR SUGAR FREE?

Vegan and sugar free baking is not area of expertise. I do offer a few gluten and dairy free options.

DO YOU BAKE NOVELTY/THEMED/CUSTOM CAKES?

I usually only bake the goods listed on my website. Occasionally I will do a special request. Novelty/themed/custom cakes have their time and place, but they are not my passion. Please contact another local baker – hopefully they’ll be able to give you what you’re looking for.

 

DO YOU BAKE FOR WEDDINGS?

I only bake the goods as listed on my website. If my style suits your wedding, then I’ll be happy to bake for your special day. Please keep in mind that I do not add any extras like flowers or toppers; you will need to source those yourself.

 

DO YOU BAKE TIERED CAKES?

In short, no. My primary focus is flavor & quality. This means that my cakes are much softer and 100% fresh which makes them difficult to stack in tiers. 

 

WHAT FLOURS ARE IN YOUR GLUTEN FREE BAKES?

I use blends of white rice flour, brown rice flour, potato flour, millet flour, chickpea flour, sorghum flour, tapioca starch, xanthan gum and guar gum. All of these ingredients are certified gluten free. That being said, when you purchase from me you agree to my Disclaimer.

 

ARE YOUR GLUTEN FREE GOODS SAFE FOR CELIACS?

All gluten free baked goods are prepared in a kitchen where other bakes are also prepared. I take great care to keep my gluten free baking utensils separate and keep everything strictly, entirely gluten free. That being said, when you purchase from me you agree to my Disclaimer.
