Fill in the form below. Try to give at least 3 business days notice (but it’s first come, first served!) You will receive a reply from Proof 34 Bakehouse so be sure to check your junk mail. We will work out the order and details.

I can email you an invoice if you'd like. Then you can make an electronic payment through Venmo or pay with cash or check.
